Summary
This study looked at the quality of life and mental health of people who survived a cardiac arrest outside the hospital and were saved using a heart-lung machine (eCPR). Researchers followed 74 patients to understand their physical, mental, and social recovery after leaving the hospital. The goal is to learn how this advanced treatment affects long-term well-being and brain function.
