Summary

This study is testing whether intravenous (IV) infusions of lidocaine, ketamine, or a combination of both can safely reduce severe facial pain that hasn't responded to other treatments. It will involve 105 adults with conditions like trigeminal neuralgia. The main goal is to see how much these infusions can lower pain levels over six months.
