NCT ID NCT07218861
Summary
This study tested whether sending brief, supportive text messages could help reduce thoughts and urges related to self-harm in LGBTQ+ adults. Researchers enrolled 55 participants who had experienced these thoughts recently. Half received affirming text messages for two weeks, while the other half did not, to see if the messages made a difference.
