App-Based therapy shows promise for Stroke-Related speech loss

Summary
This study tests whether a digital app called LEXURE can help people who have trouble speaking after a stroke. About 116 adults who had a stroke at least 3 months ago will either use the app or do workbook exercises for 10 weeks. The goal is to see if the app improves language function better than traditional methods.
