Summary
This study looks at whether older adults (65+) with hypothyroidism can safely take their thyroid medication (levothyroxine) with more flexible dosing. About 228 participants will be followed to see how this affects their quality of life, tiredness, and thinking abilities. The goal is to find a balance that works better for seniors without harming their health.
