New combo attack on Tough-to-Treat leukemia

NCT ID NCT07301424

Summary

This study is testing a new way to treat a fast-growing blood cancer called B-ALL that has a specific genetic change (BCR-ABL). Researchers want to see if giving an immune-boosting injection under the skin (blinatumomab) along with a daily pill (ponatinib) is effective and safe for adults who haven't had treatment yet. The goal is to deeply reduce or eliminate cancer cells and control the disease long-term.
