NCT ID NCT05029141

Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of three drugs—chidamide, azacitidine, and the HAG regimen—can help control acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in adults when the cancer has come back or hasn't responded to previous treatments. The main goal is to see how well this combination works to reduce or eliminate cancer cells and what side effects it causes. It is for adults aged 18-70 whose leukemia is considered relapsed or refractory.
