Summary
This study is testing a modified chemotherapy approach for frail adults with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) who cannot tolerate standard intensive treatments. Researchers are adjusting drug doses and using infusion-based therapy to reduce side effects while trying to control the cancer. The goal is to improve survival and quality of life for these vulnerable patients who have limited treatment options.
