Summary

This program provides access to a personalized cell therapy (obe-cel) for adults with a hard-to-treat form of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). It is for patients whose own manufactured therapy batch did not meet the usual quality standards for commercial use and who cannot safely undergo the blood collection process again. The main goals are to offer this treatment option and to closely monitor its safety, including side effects, in the first 45 days after it is given.
