First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This observational study looks at whether leukemia stem cells can help predict if acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with MLL rearrangement will come back. Researchers will measure these stem cells in bone marrow samples taken during regular check-ups. The goal is to improve relapse prediction and survival estimates for 210 patients aged 6-60 receiving chemotherapy or stem cell transplants.
