First seen Apr 21, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at whether measuring leukemia stem cells can help predict if acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with MLL rearrangement will come back. Researchers will test bone marrow samples from 210 patients aged 6-60 who are receiving chemotherapy or a stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if these stem cells are a better early warning sign than current methods.
