New hope for kids with aggressive blood cancers
NCT ID NCT05146739
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called uproleselan, given with two standard chemotherapy drugs, for children and teenagers with aggressive forms of leukemia that have come back or stopped responding to treatment. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see how the body processes the new drug combination. It is for a very specific group of patients whose cancer cells have a certain marker, and only 8 participants are enrolled.
