New hope for kids with leukemia that Won't quit
NCT ID NCT03826992
Summary
This early-stage study is testing whether combining two existing cancer drugs, venetoclax and Vyxeos, is safe for children and young adults whose acute leukemia has returned or hasn't responded to previous treatments. Researchers will give the drugs to a small group of patients to find the highest dose that doesn't cause severe side effects. The goal is to see if this combination can help control the disease in patients with very limited options.
