Summary

This is an early-stage study to learn about the safety and how the body processes a new, long-acting injectable form of the drug letrozole. It involves about 90 healthy post-menopausal women who will receive a single injection at different dose levels. The main goal is to gather initial data on how long the drug stays in the body and to check for any side effects.
