NCT ID NCT06143631

Summary

This study is testing whether the medication letrozole can help control uterine fibroids. Researchers will compare letrozole to a placebo (inactive pill) in 140 premenopausal women with moderate to severe fibroid symptoms. The main goal is to see if the drug reduces symptom severity and improves quality of life over 12 weeks, while also measuring changes in fibroid and uterus size.
