NCT ID NCT07448272
Summary
This study aims to find the best dosing schedule for the fertility drug letrozole in women with PCOS who are having trouble getting pregnant. It will compare taking a lower dose for 10 days against a higher dose for 5 days to see which one more effectively stimulates the ovaries to release an egg. Researchers will monitor 80 participants over three months to track ovulation, side effects, and pregnancy rates.
