Fasting & fitness: new weapon against aggressive breast cancer?

Summary
This study tests whether adding a special low-calorie diet (fasting-mimicking) and exercise to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy can help shrink tumors more effectively in people with triple negative breast cancer. About 356 participants with early-stage disease will be randomly assigned to receive the lifestyle program or standard care alone. The main goal is to see if the combination leads to a complete disappearance of cancer in the breast and lymph nodes after treatment.
