New hope for chronic hives sufferers: experimental drug lesigercept in human trials

Summary
This study tests a new drug called lesigercept for people with chronic spontaneous urticaria (long-term hives) that antihistamines don't fully control. About 150 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo for 12 weeks to see if it reduces itching and welts. The goal is to find a better treatment option for those whose hives persist despite standard care.
