Summary

This study tests the drug lenvatinib in people with advanced gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) that have stopped responding to three standard treatments. The goal is to see if lenvatinib can shrink or stabilize the tumors and to check for side effects. About 48 adults will take part in this single-center trial.
