First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether the chemotherapy drug lenalidomide can shrink or stop rare immune cell diseases called Langerhans cell histiocytosis, Erdheim-Chester disease, and histiocytic sarcoma. Twelve adults with active disease that needs treatment will receive lenalidomide and be monitored for response. The goal is to see how many people achieve disease control, not a permanent cure.
