Early trial tests new combo for Tough-to-Treat blood cancer
NCT ID NCT04301076
Summary
This early-stage study aims to find the safest and most effective dose of the drug lenalidomide when given alongside a standard chemotherapy regimen (called EPOCH) for adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma (ATLL), a rare and aggressive cancer. It will involve about 30 adults with ATLL to see if this combination works better than chemotherapy alone and to closely monitor side effects. The trial is currently suspended.
