Summary

This study tests whether combining lenalidomide and rituximab can help control chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in 120 adults. Lenalidomide boosts the immune system and blocks tumor blood vessel growth, while rituximab targets and kills cancer cells. The goal is to shrink or stop the cancer, but ongoing management may still be needed.
