Summary

This study tests whether adding a specific leg-rotation technique to standard physical therapy can better relieve sciatica caused by lower back disc problems. Researchers will enroll 70 adults aged 18 to 50 who have sciatica pain extending below the knee. The goal is to see if the technique reduces pain, improves leg flexibility, and helps daily function.
