Summary
This study tests whether daily leg heat therapy can improve exercise ability in people with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF). Participants will use water-circulating trousers heated to 42°C for 90 minutes each day at home. The goal is to see if this treatment helps them walk or run longer on a treadmill compared to a sham (inactive) treatment.
