Can Sunlight-Mimicking lights lift depression?
NCT ID NCT03363529
Summary
This small study tested whether installing special LED lights in hospital rooms could help people with major depression. The lights were designed to change like natural sunlight throughout the day. Researchers wanted to see if patients found the lights comfortable and if they helped improve mood and sleep, before planning a larger trial.
