Summary

This study tested the safety and effectiveness of a drug called lebrikizumab for adults and adolescents with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) who had previously been treated with dupilumab. The 86 participants received lebrikizumab injections to see if it could significantly clear their skin and reduce severe itching. The main goal was to see how many people achieved at least 75% skin improvement after 16 weeks of treatment.
