Summary

This study tests whether temporarily covering the eyes of the medical team leader during simulated emergencies can improve how the team works together. About 54 experienced doctors and nurses will take part in high-fidelity simulations. The goal is to see if this unusual training method boosts non-technical skills like communication and leadership.
