New bone graft could improve spinal fusion outcomes

Summary

This study tests a new bone graft material called LDGraft for spinal fusion surgery in people with degenerative disc disease in the lower back. About 40 adults will receive either LDGraft or a standard bone graft to see which leads to better bone healing and pain relief. The goal is to improve fusion success and reduce the need for additional surgeries.
