New spinal graft aims to fuse backs better

NCT ID NCT06462729

Summary

This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of a new bone graft material called LDGraft for spinal fusion surgery. It will be compared to standard human donor bone in 40 adults with severe, painful degenerative disc disease in their lower back who haven't improved with other treatments. The goal is to see if LDGraft helps the spine bones grow together solidly and reduces pain and disability.
