Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug called LB-100 combined with standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy for people with untreated extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination helps shrink tumors. Only 3 participants were enrolled to check side effects and how well the treatment works.
