Can your neighbor help you sleep better? hong kong tests new approach to insomnia
NCT ID NCT07486973
Summary
This study is testing whether a brief group therapy program for insomnia, led by trained non-professionals instead of clinicians, can help improve sleep quality for older adults in Hong Kong. Researchers will compare 50 participants who either attend the group sessions or receive a self-help booklet, measuring changes in sleep quality over four weeks. The goal is to see if this community-based approach is practical and acceptable for managing sleep problems.
