Can a whiff of lavender calm your nerves and lower your blood pressure?
NCT ID NCT07192783
Summary
This study is testing whether inhaling lavender oil can help people with high blood pressure feel less anxious, sleep better, and potentially lower their blood pressure. Fifty patients will be randomly assigned to either inhale lavender oil three times a week for a month or continue their usual care. Researchers will compare anxiety levels, sleep quality, and blood pressure readings between the two groups to see if the lavender makes a difference.
