Summary

This study is testing whether inhaling lavender oil can help people with high blood pressure feel less anxious, sleep better, and have lower blood pressure readings. Fifty participants will be randomly assigned to either inhale lavender oil three times a week for a month or continue with their usual care. Researchers will measure anxiety, sleep quality, and blood pressure to see if the lavender makes a difference.
