Summary
This study is testing whether laughter yoga can help nursing students feel less anxious about exams and improve their sense of spirituality. Researchers are comparing a group of students who do laughter yoga twice a week for a month to a group that does not. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free activity can be a useful tool for managing test stress.
