Summary

This study tested whether laughter yoga could help young women with Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS). Researchers enrolled 75 participants to see if this group exercise could improve their quality of life and reduce common PMS symptoms. The goal was to explore a new, non-drug approach to managing this monthly condition.
