Dancing away sleepless nights: latin moves tested in cancer survivors

Summary
This study explores whether a culturally tailored Latin dance program can improve sleep quality for Hispanic cancer survivors. Researchers will enroll 40 adults who have finished primary cancer treatment and have trouble sleeping. Participants will either join dance classes or continue usual care, and the team will measure changes in sleep, quality of life, and fatigue.
