Summary

This Phase 2 trial is testing a single infusion of axicabtagene ciloleucel, a CAR T-cell therapy, in 45 adults whose diffuse large B-cell lymphoma has returned more than a year after previous treatment. The main goal is to see how many patients have no signs of cancer on a PET/CT scan three months after treatment.
