Laser or TENS: which eases Post-Stroke shoulder pain better?

Summary

This study tests two pain-relief methods—low-dose laser and TENS—for people with moderate to severe shoulder pain after a stroke. About 45 adults who had a stroke within the last 2 weeks to 6 months will receive one of the treatments. The goal is to see which works better for pain, arm function, quality of life, sleep, and fatigue.
