Laser vs. knife: which is better for fixing a blocked pee tube?

NCT ID NCT07505316

Summary

This study compared two common surgical methods for treating a narrowed urethra (the tube that carries urine out of the body) in men. Sixty men with short blockages received either surgery with a precise holmium laser or a traditional cold knife. The main goal was to see which method led to better urine flow and lower chances of the blockage coming back.
