Summary
This study tested two ways to remove cavities in children: a laser and a traditional drill. Researchers measured how much cavity-causing bacteria (Streptococcus mutans and Lactobacillus) were left in the tooth after each method. 32 children took part, and the goal was to see which approach better reduces bacteria.
