Summary
This study tested if adding a special laser or an air-polishing device to standard cleaning works better for treating infection around dental implants. Researchers compared these two advanced cleaning methods in 47 patients with this common implant problem. The goal was to see which method better reduced gum bleeding and pocket depth around the implants.
