Laser during surgery may lead to Better-Looking scars

Summary
This study tests whether using a special laser on wound edges during Mohs skin cancer surgery can improve how scars look afterward. About 50 adults having Mohs surgery will have half their wound treated with the laser and the other half left untreated for comparison. The goal is to see if the laser makes scars look more like normal skin.
