Summary
This study is testing whether a quick, in-office laser procedure can help men whose enlarged prostate symptoms have returned after previous minimally invasive treatments. Researchers want to see if this approach can improve urinary flow and reduce symptoms without requiring more invasive surgery. The study will also check whether the treatment affects sexual function.
