This study tests if a special laser (1726nm) can safely shrink small bumps that appear on the face in people with frontal fibrosing alopecia (FFA). Ten adults with FFA and facial papules will receive the laser treatment. Doctors will measure changes in bump size and number using skin imaging and exams.
