Summary
This study tested a laser device to shrink an enlarged prostate, a condition that causes urinary problems in men. Twenty men who were already candidates for surgery received the single laser treatment. Researchers measured how quickly the laser reduced prostate size and tracked safety and symptom improvement over three months.
