Summary
This study tested whether high-intensity laser therapy could help reduce shoulder pain and improve movement in people recovering from a stroke. It involved 40 stroke survivors with shoulder pain, comparing laser therapy plus exercise to exercise alone. The goal was to see if the laser treatment could better ease pain and improve daily function and quality of life.
