Could a gentle laser ease the grip of Stroke-Related hand stiffness?

NCT ID NCT07171788

Summary

This study is testing whether a treatment called low-level laser therapy can help reduce muscle stiffness (spasticity) in the wrist and improve hand function for people who have had a stroke. Researchers will enroll 40 stroke patients with wrist stiffness to receive the laser treatment. The goal is to see if this non-invasive light therapy can relax tight muscles and make hand movements easier.
