NCT ID NCT07436650

First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests if high-level laser therapy can reduce painful mouth sores in children undergoing bone marrow transplants. Fourteen kids with at least moderate sores will get laser treatment on their lesions, and researchers will compare their healing and pain levels to those receiving standard mouth care. The goal is to see if the laser can make this common side effect less severe and more bearable.
