Summary
This study is testing if a treatment called photobiomodulation (gentle laser light) can reduce the pain and severity of mouth sores in oral cancer patients receiving radiation. It involves 30 patients in Australia who will receive the light therapy five times a week during their radiation treatment. The main goal is to see if this approach helps patients experience less pain, maintain better nutrition, and improve their quality of life.
