Summary

This study tests whether adding a diode laser to standard deep cleaning (scaling and root planing) improves gum health in kidney transplant patients with gum disease. Eighty participants will be randomly assigned to receive either standard cleaning alone or standard cleaning plus laser therapy. The study will measure changes in gum attachment, pocket depth, bleeding, and other oral health markers over time.
