Laser zaps seizures: new hope for epilepsy patients

Summary

This study tests a laser treatment called MRgLITT for people with drug-resistant temporal lobe epilepsy. The goal is to see if it can stop or reduce seizures. About 120 adults will take part. The treatment uses heat from a laser to target the part of the brain causing seizures.
